What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for most new products bought from our store. However, returns may not be accepted for used or refurbished engines, special orders, or items modified upon request.

When Should Items Be Returned?

Items must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. We cannot process returns beyond this period.

Where Should Items Be Returned?

Please return items to our store at 3 David Lee Rd, Hallam VIC 3803, Australia.

How to Return Items:

  1. Contact our customer service to notify us of your intention to return and provide your invoice and order details.
  2. Our team will assist you with the return process and any necessary instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Fees: If the item you received is incorrect or faulty, we will exchange it or issue a refund without any fees. However, if you change your mind or order incorrectly, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

In-Store Return Option:  We offer the option to return items in-store.

Return Processing Time: Processed Within 7 Days

Packing Materials: All new items must be returned in their original packaging.

Warranty:

  • The engine covers 6 months or 10,000 km from the purchase date.
  • Engines must be fitted by a licensed workshop and mechanic.
  • Diesel engines require the replacement of the turbo, intercooler, and injector washers.
  • Petrol engines require a new water pump and radiator.
  • Engines need servicing every 5,000 km.
  • The warranty covers only the engine, not any associated expenses.
